Submission information: Manuscripts should be double-spaced with endnotes following the text and generally should not exceed 30 typewritten pages. Manuscripts accepted for publication will be reviewed anonymously, therefore author's names, including positions, addresses, and phone numbers, should appear only on the title page. Four copies of a manuscript, and a biographical sketch of no more than 50 words, should be sent to the editor. Upon acceptance, a disk, preferably in Microsoft Word or Word Perfect would be required.

POLICY ON POSTING ARTICLES ON PERSONAL/INSTITUTIONAL WEB SITES:

You may post the pre-copyedited version (preprint) on your personal and institutional web site, so long as it is accompanied by a link giving the URL for the final version at Project Muse's web site and a copyright notice as it appears in the journal.
